The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data visualization solutions using Tableau, ensuring high-performance dashboards and reports for business insights. Competencies: Digital: Tableau, Data Visualization, BI Reporting Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (Dashboard creation, Data blending, Calculations, LOD expressions, Filters). Experience working on USAA projects (mandatory). Expertise in SQL for querying and optimizing data sources. Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes. Experience integrating Tableau with various databases (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot performance issues in Tableau dashboards. Strong knowledge of Tableau Server administration and security configurations. Experience in Agile development and working with cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Python/R for advanced data analytics. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, P). Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional).
