In this role, you will configure and manage Google Analytics (GA4) and related tracking tools, implement event tracking, set up goals and conversions, and analyze website traffic, marketing performance, and user behavior to uncover trends and opportunities. You will also develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions, evaluate digital marketing campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimization. Collaborating closely with UX/UI teams, you will help improve user experience based on data insights while staying up to date with the latest analytics trends, GA4 updates, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools. Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Excel, or Salesforce. Experience working with SQL to extract and analyze data. Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to stakeholders. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
