Competencies: IT IS_CNS_Contact Center_Cisco
Experience (Years): 8-10
Essential Skills:
Proficient in Cisco CVP platform and Call Studio: Understanding the CVP architecture, features, and development tools VXML scripting:
Knowledge of VXML language to design call flow interactions Java programming:
Ability to develop custom Java components for CVP integration Database knowledge:
Familiarity with database concepts for data interaction within the IVR system Contact center domain knowledge:
Understanding of call center operations and industry best practices
