The ideal candidate will be proficient in Nexthink, with experience in monitoring, event management, and operational automation solutions. You will work on identifying and optimizing use cases for automation, configuring the Nexthink tool to implement those use cases, and improving the overall performance and efficiency of IT operations. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with IT operation automation tools. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front-end and back-end) to optimize IT operations and improve user experience. Identify and harvest more use cases for automation within IT operations, aiming to eliminate inefficiencies and optimize workflows. Configure and implement Nexthink use cases, ensuring that the tool effectively supports automation and operational processes. Leverage Power scripting to automate tasks and troubleshooting processes within the Windows OS environment. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Operating System issues, ensuring smooth system performance. Monitor IT operations and provide observability and reporting to ensure optimal system health. Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize automation solutions. Perform regular analysis of IT operations data and continuously improve automation strategies. Essential Skills & Experience: 4-6 years of experience working in IT Operations Automation Solutions. Strong knowledge of Nexthink, including the ability to design, implement, and configure Nexthink use cases for IT operations automation. Proficiency in Power scripting for automation and troubleshooting in Windows environments. In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating System troubleshooting techniques. Strong understanding of network protocols such as TCP, UDP, ZMQ, and gRPC. Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment. Experience in the implementation of Nexthink use cases for IT operations optimization. Desirable Skills: Nexthink certifications (e.g., Nexthink Advanced, Nexthink Architect) are highly desirable. Knowledge of databases and SQL stored procedures for querying and data management. Working knowledge of both Windows and Mac platforms. Understanding of event management processes, monitoring, and observability tools. Competencies: Nexthink: Proficiency in using Nexthink for IT operations automation and monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities. Ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile environment, balancing multiple priorities. Attention to detail, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement automated solutions.
