Stay Updated on Emerging ERP Technology Trends and Best Practices, Transferring Knowledge to Team Members Through Workshops and Documentation to Enhance Team Capabilities. Skill Requirements Expert Level Proficiency in ERP Data Management, With A Strong Understanding of ERP Architecture and Multi-Module Integration. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills, With In-Depth Knowledge of SQL Databases and Performance Tuning. Strong Analytical Skills to Identify Optimization Opportunities Within ERP Systems. Familiarity With Software Release Management and The Implications of Updates On Existing Configurations. Certification Optional But Valuable Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate Oracle ERP Cloud Certification (OR) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification. Key responsibilities in a Salesforce Data Cloud role: Data Source Integration: Connect and extract data from various systems like CRM, ERP, marketing automation platforms, and external data sources.
