Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM developments and industry trends incorporating new features and best practices into Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements present solutions and obtain feedback. Prepare comprehensive documentation for SAP CRM implementations including technical specifications user guides and training materials. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution demonstrations to potential clients. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP CRM implementations.
