The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes using SAP APO functionalities. This role will require a strong understanding of SAP APO modules, business processes, and project management. Key Responsibilities: Consulting & Solution Design: Understand client business processes and map them into SAP APO solutions. Provide end-to-end solutions for SAP APO implementations, upgrades, and support. Design and configure SAP APO solutions, including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning (PP/DS). Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP APO to meet business requirements for various supply chain processes. Lead the integration of SAP APO with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party applications. Work on data migration and transfer between systems using relevant tools. Testing & Troubleshooting: Develop test plans and scenarios for system testing. Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues during the testing phase. Identify system gaps and work on solutions to enhance functionality and usability. Project Management & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and IT. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide status updates, report risks, and manage stakeholder expectations. Training & Support: Train end-users on SAP APO functionality and best practices. Provide post-implementation support and address any operational issues. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain knowledge repositories. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for optimization within the SAP APO environment. Implement new features and improve system performance as per changing business requirements. Stay up to date with SAP APO releases, new functionalities, and industry best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience with SAP APO (Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning). Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and processes. Proficiency in SAP configuration, including DP, SNP, and PP/DS modules. Experience with integration of SAP APO with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP APO certification. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA-based solutions. Knowledge of supply chain optimization tools and techniques.
