At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink solutions. Deep understanding of Nexthinks architecture, modules, and functionalities. Expertise in scripting languages (Power, Python) for automation and customization.3. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, digital workplace solutions, and end-user computing (EUC).4. Familiarity with integrations of Nexthink with tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, or other ITSM platforms.5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.7. Leadership skills to manage teams and drive strategic projects.8. Experience in working with customers on building use cases on Nexthink to improve automation and self-service.9. Understand of agile methodology.10. Work with Nexthink developers to explain what needs to be developed. Desirable Skills: 1. Nexthink certifications (e.g., Nexthink Advanced, Nexthink Architect) are highly desirable.2. Experience in enterprise-level digital experience management.3. Knowledge of cloud environments and modern workplace technologies.
