Please let me know if you are interested in the position Title: Sr. Application Security Engineer (AI Agents) Location:Fully Remote(PST hours preferred) Duration: 6 months contract Visa Restrictions: No H1b/CPT Job Description: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in application security or related security engineering roles. Has built a security assurance program end-end. Strong knowledge of application security tools (i.e. MDM, MFA tools, OS Protections, or Absolute Persistences BIOS-Embedded Security layers) Strong knowledge of secure coding practices, common vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), and remediation techniques. Vulnerability & IAM experience (i.e. vulnerability scanners, firewalls, experience with running security testing or assessments). Understand current threat landscape, emerging threats and mitigation techniques (emphasis on mobile iOS & Android application security). Experience upholding security best practices with a general working knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance. Experience presenting to stakeholders & running security reviews for various teams. Experience with AI (chatbots, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms) is preferred. Key Responsibilities Build and mature a security assurance program that covers an agentic AI mobile app and a dedicated AI and data platform Perform comprehensive code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions to ensure security best practices are implemented at the development stage Lead security reviews for new and existing applications and services Execute regular perimeter scans to identify potential vulnerabilities in our external-facing assets Develop, implement, enforce, and iterate on security policies and standards related to product development and engineering Configure vulnerability scans, process the alerts, and collaborate with engineering teams to remediate confirmed vulnerabilities Configure and iterate on security testing processes within the CI/CD pipeline Define and enforce SLAs for confirmed vulnerabilities Conduct risk assessments and threat models for current and future applications or services Create and iterate on a red team program with involvement from engineering teams Provide security consulting and guidance to cross-functional teams Thanks and Regards Sarfaraz Khan US IT Recruiter | Convex Tech In Email: [email protected] Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment artificial intelligence information technology Sr. Application Security Engineer (AI Agents), 100% Remote [email protected] https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2295816&uid= |
