Candidates must meet the minimum required skills and experience for consideration.Minimum Requirements: 8 years of experience as a developer/programmer, or a bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical/analytical field) and 5 years of relevant experience. 8 years of experience in low-code platform development, including an Appian Senior Developer Certification and recent hands-on design/implementation of Appian applications. 5 years of proficiency with Appian components, including Process Models, SAIL Forms, CDTs, records, reports, and integration. 5 years of experience with REST Web API development and integration using software like MuleSoft. 5 years of expertise in cloud-based technologies such as AWS. 5 years of strong knowledge of SDLC principles, programming, and software design techniques, including ERWIN. 5 years of experience in building Appian CDTs and integrating applications with databases like Oracle 11g, DB2, or MySQL. 5 years of proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing software systems effectively. 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Axure, or Photoshop. 3 years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Octane (or earlier versions). 3 years of strong written and verbal communication skills for technical consulting and preparing concise, reliable reports.Preferred Qualifications: Certification as an Appian Lead Developer (3 years). Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies (3 years). Experience with Texas Workforce Commission is a plus.
