Responsibilities: As a Developer, you are responsible for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) across a variety of technologies and solutions: Analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical IT solutions. Implementing solutions for core technologies, custom off-the-shelf (COTS) systems, and niche technologies such as e-commerce, mobility, and TPF systems. Construct, test, and implement portions of business and technical solutions through appropriate SDLC methodologies. Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and conversions of standard business and technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve business and technical problems using appropriate analysis tools. Apply specialized knowledge in areas such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, knowledge engineering, and legacy system evolution. Engage with customers to understand the business environment and technical context, ensuring solutions align with their needs. Define project scope, plans, and deliverables, including proposed implementation dates. Research and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance solutions and workflows.
