Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool. MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years). Valid H1b minimum 2 years validity or approved i-140.
