Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Appian Lead to build and maintain critical business solutions while providing leadership and support to the onshore development team. As a part of the cross-functional Agile team, this developer will be responsible for the development and support of mission-critical, client-facing applications using the Appian platform. The developer will liaise with SMEs directly and is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Appian applications, including requirements capture, build, testing, and support. Will review work of more junior resources and provide guidance and leadership. Qualifications: Minimum 8+ Years of overall software development experience 5+ years of experience developing using Appian platform 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript 5+ years' experience with SQL coding using SQL server or other RDBMS Experience leading/mentoring less experienced Appian developers Strong business analysis, model-driven architecture and model-driven development Experience working in Agile teams using AZ Do or similar tool Detail-oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work Innovative, and always looking for ways to integrate new technology to solve problems and fill in capability gap BA/BS in Computer Science or related field Appian certifications is a must Primary Responsibilities Work within Agile team, to Develop new applications and application enhancements using Appian Provide maintenance/support of the existing systems Code using best practices and ensure minimal maintenance is required Design and build integration with in-house and third-party platforms.
