The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mulesoft API development, REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce integration best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow, security, and scalability of integrations. Key Responsibilities: 1. API and Integration Development Design, develop, and deploy Mulesoft APIs (RAML, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) for Salesforce integrations. Implement real-time, batch, and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and other systems (ERP, CRM, databases, third-party applications). Develop and optimize Mule Flows, Message Processors, Connectors, and Transformers. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of integrations. 2. Salesforce Integration Expertise Integrate Salesforce with on-premise and cloud applications using Mulesoft connectors. Implement Salesforce API calls (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, Metadata APIs). Handle OAuth authentication, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and API Gateway policies. Troubleshoot integration issues, error handling, and logging mechanisms. 3. Solution Architecture and Best Practices Define and implement integration patterns (point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, pub-sub). Develop and enforce data transformation, mapping, and validation rules. Optimize API performance by applying caching, throttling, and load balancing techniques. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and compliance standards. 4. CI/CD and Deployment Set up Mulesoft CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, or Bitbucket. Deploy APIs using Mulesoft CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid Deployment models. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning. 5. Collaboration and Support Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to understand integration requirements. Provide technical leadership and documentation for integration solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support. Requirements and Qualifications: Required Skills: Mulesoft Anypoint Platform: 3+ years of hands-on experience. Salesforce Integration: Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and integration best practices. API Development: Proficiency in REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, RAML, API Gateway, and OAuth. Data Transformation: Expertise with DataWeave, XSLT, JavaScript, SQL, and ETL concepts. CI/CD and DevOps: Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, CloudHub, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred). Agile and SDLC: Experience working in Agile and Scrum teams with Jira and Confluence. Security and Authentication: Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, TLS, and API security best practices.
