IBM all-flash storage management 2. NetApp storage management 3. Dell PowerMax storage management 4. Dell Unity/VNX/PowerStore/Isilon/QNAP storage management 5. Dell CLARiiON, HP EVA 6. SAN Switch management (DELL and Cisco) 7. Cisco MDS SAN switches 8. DR replication knowledge 9. Storage snapshot management 10. Stotage base Replications ( Snapmirror/Sanshot/EMC replications 11. Isilon NAS Administration/NAS Management 12. Host Administration -NFS,Iscsi,Fiber Channel connectivity 13. Strong hands-on experience in NetApp, Isilon, Dell CLARiiON, HP EVA, Unisphere and Solution Enabler Good-to-Have 1. Knowledge on Cloud native storage like S3, EBS etc. 2. Good communication and analytical skills 3. Komprise for NAS, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris) Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1. Provide support and expertise across Pfizers SAN and NAS infrastructure environment. 2. Advance troubeshooting for Incidents which are not resolved by L2 team 3. Management of IBM all-flash storage including storage provisioning, replication, copy data management, and monitoring/alerting 4. Management of NetApp NAS storage (incl. but not limited to: on-prem NAS, CVO and OnTap FSx) management, including storage provisioning, replication, monitoring/alerting both On-Prem and cloud 5. Management of Dell PowerMax storage including provisioning, SRDF/A, SnapVX, and monitoring/alerting. Unisphere and Solution Enabler management 6. Dell Unity/VNX/PowerStore/Isilon/QNAP storage management 7. Management of Dell CLARiiON, HP EVA, NetApp 7-mode storage (legacy interfaces and technologies) 8. Cisco MDS SAN switch management, including fabric ISL interconnects and SAN zoning 9. Configure and perform upgrades for Cisco DCNM for Cisco MDS SAN switch monitoring and alerting 10. Manage code upgrades across IBM storage, Dell storage, NetApp Storage and Cisco MDS SAN switches 11. Measure and track compute/storage capacity, performance, and HA metrics across all storage and SAN platforms 12. Troubleshoot and manage component failures, hw/sw issues, and performance issues across IBM storage, Dell storage, NetApp Storage and Cisco MDS SAN switches 13. Configure call-home feature for IBM, Dell, NetApp and Cisco SAN switches 14. Automate storage provisioning and SAN zoning 15. Configure Microsoft DFS links for NAS paths 16. QNAP storage management 17. Manage and monitor Data migration, replication across regions 18. Manage lifecycle of storage infrastructure including patch, upgrade and tech refresh activity. 19. Support escalated incident, problem and change management for storage infrastructure 20.
