Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with IT teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and requirements. Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss and refine business requirements. Create and maintain project documentation, including business process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system documentation. Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions. Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, addressing concerns, and providing training as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain. Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and industry standards. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, data analysis, and requirements management. Experience with healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and health information exchange (HIE). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or healthcare (e.g., CPHIMS, RHIA). Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
