JOB Description About the Role: As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You will be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions. Qualifications & Background: Architect of 5+ Mid-Market or greater Cloud Solution Implementations required Ability to provide direction to both onshore and offshore teams for cost effective presales and delivery efforts required At least one of Pardot, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Certification required Agentforce Certification required, experience a plus Big 4 experience required Other relevant certifications a plus Bachelors Degree or equivalent required, Masters Degree a plus Experience collaborating with sales teams to scope and estimate projects preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs preferred Strong English written and verbal communication required, multilingual skills a plus Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style Strong analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail Strong presentation development and presentation delivery skills Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions Review business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation. Communicate the architecture to the stakeholders, collaborate and coordinate with domain architects Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
