This role involves ensuring the quality and efficiency of testing processes, as well as providing technical guidance to the testing team. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead and manage api and webservices testing projects from initiation to completion 2. Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and procedures for api testing 3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and resolve technical issues 4. Conduct automated testing using selenium for web applications 5. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements 6. Mentor and guide team members on technical best practices in testing 7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in api and webservices testing methodologies 8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and technical aspects of testing Skill Requirements 1. Strong experience in api testing and webservices testing 2. Proficiency in using automation tools like selenium for web application testing 3. In-depth knowledge of sdet (software development engineer in test) methodologies 4. Familiarity with programming languages such as java, python, or ruby 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing processes 7. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 8.
