In this role, you'll manage critical vendor relationships, oversee compliance and incident management, and track key metrics while reporting directly to senior leadership (CIO, BU) on a quarterly basis. Your expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and ServiceNow will be essential as you manage and analyze data, drive risk/compliance initiatives, and deliver impactful reports. The role involves managing vendor relationships, compliance, incident management, risk management, and reporting metrics to upper management and the CIOs office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and reporting on metrics, collecting data, and analyzing vulnerabilities within applications. Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and ServiceNow is a must, while familiarity with ADO, Azure, and PMP certification is a plus.
