This role involves managing all aspects of implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing testing and rollout activities, and ensuring seamless system integration. Required Skills: 10+ years of experience developing and executing system test and implementation plans. 10+ years of experience demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 10+ years of experience being self-motivated and building positive working relationships with coworkers. 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management. 10+ years of experience analyzing functional and nonfunctional system requirements. 10+ years of experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). 10+ years of experience in creating business and system requirements. 10+ years of experience in effective communication, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in nontechnical terms. 5+ years of experience implementing cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. 5+ years of experience managing security access and user profile management. Ability to collaborate with various groups within client's vendors to ensure requirements are vetted and documented. Candidates with experience working on criminal justice projects are preferred.
