The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OverIT's FSM platform, Dell Boomi, and Maximo, along with a strong consulting background and client-facing experience.Key Responsibilities: Lead FSM solution implementations, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Data Warehouse systems. Develop web-based business applications using XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS, etc. Design and develop integration solutions using SOAP & REST web services. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design effective solutions. Provide technical leadership in system integration and data analytics. Ensure compliance with utility operations, asset management, and regulatory requirements. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while engaging stakeholders at all levels.Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions Strong expertise in OverIT's FSM platform and familiarity with FSM tools Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi and Maximo Proven track record in leading FSM implementations and integrations Knowledge of utility industry operations and asset management Experience in web-based application development (XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS) Strong SOAP & REST API integration experience Consulting experience in client-facing roles delivering high-impact programs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills: Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions Understanding of IoT, AI, and Machine Learning in FSM Professional certifications in Solution Architecture or relevant technical areasAdditional Information: Remote role with travel (Candidate must visit the end customer site in Washington twice a month travel expenses covered by the client). Standard background check required before onboarding. Candidate must be flexible with interview schedules and maintain professionalism with both the client and our team.
