This role involves setting up queries and analytics, customizing reports and dashboards, and ensuring a seamless NICE Nexidia Implementation. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing the technical configuration required to automate the clients call QA rubric, including evaluating call intents, call trees, escalation, and reporting requirements. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver measurable value while adhering to best configuration practices. Key Responsibilities: Set up queries and analytics for NICE Nexidia implementation. Customize reports and dashboards to meet client needs. Design and configure Nexidia to automate call QA rubric. Evaluate call intents, call trees, escalation processes, and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and business value . Conduct testing to validate configurations and system performance. Ensure best practices in solution architecture and configuration .
