You will use your exemplary analytical and documentation experience and subject matter expertise in business analysis to enable development team to make new enhancements to procurement processes to improve key customer journeys across multiple procurement stages. You will help document internal controls and management reporting to monitor and measure efficacy of improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the team to ensure business requirement is sufficiently gathered and communicate to enable efficient development and implementation of operational excellence strategy that will support modernizing the Supply Chain organization of the future. You revel in shaping a product and rallying a team to achieve the product vision What You Bring To The Team 5-8 years of related experience enabling process improvement, technology implementation initiatives or equivalent experience in management consulting environment Bachelors degree or higher in business, commerce, finance, operations, supply chain or related field Extensive knowledge of major improvement methodologies, operational controls, and analytics strategies for process, technology, and people Experience evaluating business opportunities and quantifying benefits and building process key performance indicators to for effective before-after comparisons Comfortable working with business, product, technology teams and third-party vendors to discuss requirements, implementation, hosting, integration and other delivery related topics Proven ability to gather / define business and processing requirements to define user journeys, business rule exceptions and non-happy paths, and data and testing requirements Ability to generate workflow diagrams and other visual aid to quickly communicate business and data requirements Proven ability to curate and organize requirement documentation to be readily shared with team members Understanding of modern automation technologies (e.g. Power Platform, Database solutions, OAuth related security, RPA solutions, Cloud and data architecture, etc.) Proficient with MS Excel, PPT, Visio, Project, and other enterprise cloud solutions as needed Qualifications: Knowledge of enterprise supply chain management (procurement) best practices and industry trends Previous experience in prioritization in collaboration with Scrum Master and agile squad Previous experience in business system analysis and/or front-end coding MS Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Virtual Agent, etc.) SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, SpendHQ or equivalent data management experience Familiar with Oracle Cloud, SNOW, Workday, and other enterprise and procurement technologies technologies Lean Six Sigma Certification (Greenbelt or above) PBA or other business analysis certifications Keywords: business intelligence microsoft Looking for Business Analyst Product Owner Remote [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2283605&uid= |
