Please share resume of your candidate for this below requirement at [email protected] Job Title- VoIP Engineer Microsoft Teams and NICE inContact Administrator Location- Chicago Ridge, IL TCS Contract positions: Microsoft Teams and NICE inContact Administrator to manage and support communication and contact center platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams and NICE inContact systems, ensuring seamless operations for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and support Microsoft Teams for user management, policies, integrations, and troubleshooting. Manage and maintain NICE inContact cloud contact center solutions, including IVR, call routing, and agent setup. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement resolutions for both platforms. Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot problems related to Teams meetings, calling, and NICE inContact workflows. Work closely with IT, support teams, and vendors to optimize platform performance. Implement security policies and compliance standards for Microsoft Teams and NICE inContact. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Assist in upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrator for Microsoft Teams and NICE inContact. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams policies, governance, and integrations. Hands-on experience with NICE inContact administration, including call flows, IVR, and reporting. Familiarity with Power scripting for automation in Microsoft Teams is a plus. Knowledge of network and VoIP troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support end-users effectively.
