Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for OTM. Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure OTM modules, including planning, execution, and analytics. Develop and document OTM processes and workflows. Implementation and Testing: Participate in OTM implementation projects, ensuring smooth system integration and data migration. Test OTM configurations and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on OTM functionalities. Address user queries and resolve issues related to OTM. Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Proven experience in OTM implementation and configuration. Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices. Experience Required : A minimum of 15 years of working experience in IT. A minimum 3 full cycle implementations as a OTM consultant Detailed technical knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including: User Management Screen, Manager Layout, Menu and Rolese Agent design and configuration Data Model and XML Schema, Saved Queries/Conditions Integration design and development Data migration and loading Operational and analytical report design and development Performance tuning; scalability configuration; troubleshooting Domain Management Oracle SQL/PL-SQL Oracle technology stack Preferred good knowledge in OTM Cloud Implementation Experience and understands the various Logistics transportation modes, including inbound and outbound, from simple point-to-point to complex multi-modal, multi-leg and cross- Experience with various EDI & Integration with OTM Experience in interfacing OTM system with Oracle ERP Order Management and boundary applications Be a critical member of the Application Team, implementation team for OTM Lead/Support all solution activities, including testing and verification. Demonstrated competency in SQL query design and performance tuning Desirable Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
