Continuously research and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Java development. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other Spring frameworks. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Proficiency in relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Proficiency in version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems. Familiarity with authentication and authorization frameworks like OAuth and JWT. Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
