Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including both Scrum and Kanban. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in using agile project management tools - JIRA for managing backlogs and tracking progress. High level of organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
