Preferred experience in marketing/finance data modeling and analytics Experience of working in end-to-end software development lifecycle[Non-negotiables] Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucid Chart and Google Suite[Non-negotiables] Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen of US Commercial Market in Pharma industry; well-honed influencing skills are essential Demonstrated success in handling initiatives of high complexity, high profile, and large-scale programs Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team; accountable to meet project deadlines Must have for data and hands on experience with data related initiatives Understanding and experience in ML and data science concepts is preferred Understanding and experience in AWS cloud data storage and processing is preferred Desirable Skills: Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements to define scope, objectives, and feasibility analysis.
