About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our R&D team under Product Development for Retirement Services. You will be instrumental in enhancing DevOps, ITOps, and automation processes to support a Platform as a Service environment . This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of software development, operations, and cloud automation to build scalable and resilient systems. Key Responsibilities Enhance Product Stability Collaborate with R&D teams to improve reliability, performance, and availability of products and applications. DevOps and Automation Develop software to advance Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks. Deploy and Maintain Perform safe, reliable deployments across Development, Staging, and Production environments. Monitoring and Troubleshooting Implement monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, and analyze root causes of system issues. Security and Compliance Maintain network and system security, including certificate management and API security. Disaster Recovery Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure high availability. Cloud and Containerization Work with AWS, OpenStack, Docker, and Kubernetes for cloud-native and container-based deployments. Automation and Scripting Use Python, Bash, Power, and Ansible to automate workflows and optimize system performance. Must-Have Skills Windows and OpenStack expertise with deep understanding of Windows, IIS, C Sharp, Java, Tomcat, JBoss, and Linux. Cloud and DevOps experience with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Automation and scripting proficiency in Python, Power, Bash, and infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform. Strong troubleshooting abilities across operating systems, networks, security, and databases. Experience with RESTful APIs and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Prometheus. Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with AI and GenAI technologies. Familiarity with Microsoft development tools including Visual Studio, IIS, MS SQL Server, and .NET. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong problem solver who can break down and troubleshoot complex systems. Passionate about automation and optimizing infrastructure efficiency. Curious and adaptable, eager to work with emerging technologies like GenAI and Prompt Engineering.
