You will use your exemplary analytical and documentation experience and subject matter expertise in business analysis to make enhancements to our existing processes with key functional departments and across customer journeys. You will support the optimization of supply chain business processes to improve operational improvements with user friendly interfaces and intuitive designs. By driving adoption and user engagement and satisfaction across multiple roles, you will enable the department focus of developing and implementing operational excellence strategies that will modernize the Supply Chain organization of the future by improving communication, data synergy, and streamlining process for automation. Who are you You have extensive experience in developing intuitive UI to provide enhanced site function and smooth user experience, with graphic user interface elements, like menus, build page navigation buttons and search fields You have strong business acumen to gather and communicate by illustrative designs using process maps, wireframes, workflow diagrams, and documentation to support process analysis and improvement efforts You can create mockups and prototypes to convey site functions and follow corporate standards on font, colors, and align with other related corporate applications, and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders You embrace and champion change by identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness), and conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback You'll continuously evolve your thinking and the way you work to deliver your best, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and evaluation business process improvements to analyze user experience from end-to-end business processes perspective within the supply chain You give meaning to user experience and efficient operational controls. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information. You support the monitoring and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process improvements You're passionate about people.
