The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hyperion, HFM, Planning, and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) modules. This is a great opportunity to work on complex financial solutions for clients, leveraging the power of Oracles suite of financial management and planning tools. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation, support, and optimization of these solutions.Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, and EPBCS solutions based on business requirements. Provide expert guidance on HFM, Planning, and EPBCS solutions, assisting clients in optimizing their financial management processes. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Hyperion, ensuring smooth functioning of the financial systems. Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Hyperion implementations. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system accordingly, and deliver effective solutions. Provide training and support to internal teams and end users on Hyperion, HFM, Planning, and EPBCS tools. Monitor and report on the progress of implementations, offering solutions for potential issues or obstacles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Hyperion systems align with the organization's financial planning and management goals.Competencies: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) expertise and experience with the integration and optimization of financial systems. Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). Strong understanding of financial planning processes and how Hyperion tools help automate and streamline these processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Essential Skills & Experience: 6-8 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Hyperion solutions, specifically HFM, Planning, and EPBCS. Hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and other financial management solutions. Expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and EPBCS for enterprise-level budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Experience in configuring, supporting, and customizing Hyperion solutions based on client requirements. Strong ability to integrate Hyperion solutions with other business systems and tools. Experience in troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and providing ongoing support to clients. Knowledge of financial systems design and process improvements using Hyperion tools.Desirable Skills: Experience in cloud-based financial management systems, specifically Oracle EPBCS. Oracle certifications in Hyperion or related financial tools are a plus. Strong background in business analysis and financial reporting using Oracle solutions. Knowledge of financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes within HFM. Experience in leading or managing Hyperion implementation projects.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
