The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the o9 solutions suite, specifically focusing on integration, optimization, and planning functionalities. This role involves implementing and supporting o9 solutions for our clients while ensuring successful integration, system configurations, and custom plugin development. If you're passionate about delivering innovative solutions, managing customer relationships, and have a strong technical background, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Implement and support o9 solutions, specifically in Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, and Retail Solutions. Perform system integration using SSIS and ensure smooth data flow between systems. Create Python plugins to meet specific client needs and improve system functionality. Lead and support integration efforts using the following versions: Reference Model - Demand Planning (R2020.09) Reference Model - Supply Planning (R2020.09) Reference Product - Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) (R2020.09) Control Tower (R2020.12) Support clients in leveraging IBPL for better planning and forecasting; minimum expertise level of 3/5 in IBPL is required. Provide technical guidance and support during the integration, testing, and deployment phases. Troubleshoot complex issues related to system configurations and data integration. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage project scope, timelines, and expectations. Exhibit a consulting mindset and interface with clients to drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, especially in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Prioritize customer service and build strong client partnerships for future engagements.Competencies: SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience is highly desirable. Expertise in integrating and working with ETL technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Ability to lead implementation teams in a customer-facing environment. Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client interfacing skills. Strong commitment to customer service while driving successful project outcomes. Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.Essential Skills & Experience: 3-6 years of experience in implementing/supporting o9 solutions, including Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, and Retail Solutions. Exposure to Integrations using SSIS, with experience in Reference Product Integration R2021.10. Proficient in Python plugin development to extend o9 solutions functionalities. Experience with the following versions: Reference Model - Demand Planning (R2020.09) Reference Model - Supply Planning (R2020.09) Reference Product - Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization-MEIO (R2020.09) Control Tower R2020.12. IBPL expertise level should be at least 3/5. Solid experience in integration technologies and ETL frameworks. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong consulting and client management skills.Desirable Skills: Prior experience in leading implementation teams in a consulting environment. In-depth experience working with o9 solutions in a real-world context, helping customers achieve measurable business results. Previous success in driving system integrations and customizations in an ERP/Planning environment. Experience working with or supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
