The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and automating tests for customer-facing systems in a contact center environment. This position involves working with our functional and technical teams to ensure the quality and performance of our contact center solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated test scripts using Cyara Automation to validate performance and functionality of IVR, voice, and omnichannel systems. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions. Monitor and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and functional issues. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with test scripts and automation workflows. Perform system integrations and customization to ensure seamless deployment and optimization of solutions. Maintain and update automation frameworks to ensure continued efficiency and effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Assist in troubleshooting issues in production environments and provide support as needed. Qualifications: 10+yrs IT Experince Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience Cyara Automation specifically. Strong understanding of automated testing principles and methodologies. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar). Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs. Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
