Position : Architect-level PeopleSoft and software development Location : hybrid in Chelsea, MA 2-3 days per week Duration: : 12+ Months Contract Visa         : USC Interview mode:: video   Job Description Seeking an experienced IT professional to join an enterprise applications team supporting mission-critical systems. The role focuses on PeopleSoft HCM development and support, with responsibilities across design, development, configuration, testing, maintenance, and production support of HR and payroll systems. Key Responsibilities: Configure, design, and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications. Manage full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment. Handle on-call support (24/7 rotation). Apply system updates, patches, and ensure accessibility compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise management on system issues. Provide technical guidance to business analysts and support fit-gap analysis. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in application development. Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle/PeopleSoft development tools (App Designer, AE, CI, SQR, PL/SQL). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and database query optimization. Knowledge of Informatica IICS, AWS Redshift, Cognos, Linux scripting, and ETL processes. Familiarity with ITIL framework, collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint). Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
