Work with SSIS for system integrations and manage reference product integration (R2021.10). Develop and create Python plugins to extend the functionality of the O9 platform. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their business needs. Apply expertise in Reference Models such as Demand Planning (R2020.09), Supply Planning (R2020.09), Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) (R2020.09), and Control Tower (R2020.12). Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various O9 solutions, ensuring high system performance. Provide training and support to users on O9 solutions. Lead or support project teams and work with stakeholders for successful implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of integration and ETL solutions. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, maintaining strong client relationships. Essential Skills & Competencies: 3-6 years of experience in implementing and supporting O9 solutions (Demand, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Retail Solutions). Exposure to Integrations using SSIS and Reference Product Integration (R2021.10). Strong knowledge in Python Plugin development. Experience with the following versions: Reference Model - Demand Planning (R2020.09) Reference Model - Supply Planning (R2020.09) Reference Product - Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) (R2020.09) Control Tower R2020.12. IBPL expertise should be at a minimum of 3 on a scale of 5. Strong proficiency in integration and ETL technologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment. A strong consulting mindset with excellent client interfacing skills. Prior experience in leading implementation teams is desirable. Desirable Skills: Strong experience working on complex integration and ETL technologies. Ability to quickly adapt and support customers in a dynamic environment. A strong consulting mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience Requirements: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting O9 solutions, with strong knowledge of the related reference products and models. Experience in integrations using SSIS and creating Python plugins.
