The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality by conducting comprehensive testing and collaborating with development teams.Job Details: Role: QA Engineer Location: Onsite Austin, TX Employment Type: (Contract/Permanent) Number of Positions: 1Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Testing and Mobile Application Testing to ensure software reliability and performance. Review and analyze system specifications to develop test cases and scripts. Execute test cases (manual and automated) and document results. Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with developers for resolution. Ensure compliance with SDLC artifacts as per project requirements. Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers. Participate in software development reviews to ensure quality standards. Provide test coverage reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. Hands-on experience with Functional Testing and Mobile App Testing (iOS & Android). Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management. Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
