Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless operation of API services. Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for API management. Continuously analyse system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and throughput. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures. Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate Kong with existing systems and workflows. Provide tier-3 support for incident resolution and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
