In this role, you will collaborate with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Sales Cloud solutions to improve their sales operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, driving business process improvements, and providing ongoing support to maximize the value of the Oracle Sales Cloud platform. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Implementation: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into technical solutions using Oracle Sales Cloud. Configure and customize Oracle Sales Cloud applications, including sales automation, opportunity management, lead management, forecasting, and reporting. Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Sales Cloud with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle CPQ, or third-party CRM solutions). Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Analyze clients' sales processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to streamline and enhance sales workflows. Lead client workshops to gather and document functional and technical requirements. Technical Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Sales Cloud to meet business needs, including workflow rules, reports, dashboards, and security settings. Develop and implement custom features, extensions, and integrations using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, PaaS, and web services. Data Migration & Integration: Lead data migration efforts to ensure smooth and accurate transition from legacy systems to Oracle Sales Cloud. Perform data validation, cleansing, and ensure data integrity post-migration. Implement integrations with third-party tools and applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
