Location: Raritan NJ (Day One Onsite) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Required Skills: Network Engineer (Strong in windows and Power scripting too) Looking for a technical architect with a very good troubleshooting skills in Network, End user computing, Active directory Etc Switching / Routing/ Firewall CCNP/Security Certification/Windows Certification L4 level of troubleshooting skills in Windows desktop, AD, Network and Servers Etc. Legacy and Modern environment ( SCCM, Autopilot, Intune) Tableau/Power BI skills as basic developer Pharma/Manufacturing Experience Qualifications & Requirements 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windows engineering in large, enterprise-scale environments. 3. Proven track record resolving complex OS, network, and infrastructure challenges. 4. Experience supporting shared OT systems. Technical Proficiency 1. Expert in SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Entra, and Active Directory/GPO management. 2. Familiarity with Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop solutions. 3. Strong Power scripting or comparable automation skills. 4. Competency in BI tools for reporting. 5. Knowledge of networking and firewall fundamentals. Regulatory & ITIL Knowledge 1. GxP or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred. 2. Practical exposure to ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow (or similar ITSM) tools. Soft Skills 1. Service-Minded Approach: Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer support. 2. Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical approach for continuous process improvement. 3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. 4. Collaboration: Skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing/OT areas. 5. Adaptability: Openness to new technologies, methods, and best practices.
