Provide oversight on the documentation and testing of microservices, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

Quality Assurance Support

Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance test criteria for microservices.

Verify that delivered functionality aligns with the defined service contracts, DDD constraints, and user stories.

Risk Management

Identify and manage potential risks or conflicts arising from overlapping business domains, shared data models, or tight service dependencies.

Propose mitigation plans, including phased rollouts or versioned contract releases.

: modeling domains, defining bounded contexts, and creating ubiquitous language.

Extensive knowledge of service contracts

Hands-on experience with Level 2 and Level 3 API design

(RESTful, resource-based, hypermedia-driven designs, or equivalent).

Familiarity with API documentation tools (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger), event-driven systems, and relevant microservices patterns (e.g., Saga, CQRS).

Business Analysis & Agile Methodologies

Strong background in requirements gathering, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments, including facilitation of refinement and sprint planning sessions.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
