Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. 3. Implement agile methodology to drive project execution and delivery. 4. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. 5. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion. 6. Manage project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer. 7. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards. 8. In-depth knowledge and experience in agile methodology and its application in project management. 3. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills to address project challenges and implement effective solutions. 6. Required Skills 12+ years of professional experience in Delivering Data Warehouse Projects (Development Modernization Migration). Strong Delivery background with experience in managing large complex Data Warehouse engagements. Good to have experience on Snowflake, Matillion, DBT, Netezza DataStage and Oracle. Healthcare Payer Industry experience Extensive experience in Program Project Management, Iterative, Waterfall and Agile Methodologies. Ability to track and manage complex program budgets Strong business acumen and client management skills Ability to think creatively and to drive innovation Ability to motivate, lead and inspire a diverse group to a common goal solution with multiple stakeholders Ability to convert business strategy into action-oriented objectives and measurable results Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and understanding their business needs and requirements. Handle client escalations and work towards resolution in a professional and efficient manner Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
