Japanese is nice to have.  Onsite- Manhattan, NY  Skype \\ JD Qualifications & Skills  Bachelor's degree in IT field and at least 7+ years of experience in project management.   5+ years of experience in project management for software development.  Certified PMP or similar is a plus.   Bilingual Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required. Japanese is nice to have.  Financial services experience is required; experience in custodian systems is a strong  advantage.  Familiarity with Agile   Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.  Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services  Experience with project management frameworks.  Ability to lead cross-functional teams throughout all project phases.
