The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining mainframe applications and be comfortable working in a hybrid onsite environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain COBOL-based mainframe applications. Work with CICS for online transaction processing. Manage DB2 databases and write efficient SQL queries. Troubleshoot and optimize legacy mainframe systems to improve performance. Utilize JCL and VSAM for batch processing and data storage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, and DB2. Knowledge of JCL, VSAM, and SQL is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain legacy systems. Prior experience in financial or insurance domains is preferred.
