We are hiring Senior Java Developer, AZ Role- Senior Java Developer Location - Phoenix, AZ Hybrid Experience- 12+ must (With Healthcare Domain Experience) Required Skills: Java Microservices Spring Boot Kafka Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Kafka, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Java. Oversee the development and deployment of scalable microservices architectures. Provide technical expertise in integrating data with existing systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of data to support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain documentation for all solutions and processes. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data and applications. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analysis. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all projects. Qualifications: Must have extensive experience with Kafka for real-time data processing. Should possess strong expertise in developing microservices using Spring Boot. Must be proficient in Java programming for building robust applications. Should have a solid understanding of data and its applications. Nice to have experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members. Should have a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
