Must to Have: 10+ years of experience with SAP Content Server and OpenText Content Server Expertise in SAP attachment migration, repository management, and archiving techniques Hands-on experience with SAP Archivelink, ILM, and IXOS integration for content migration Experience in custom SAP reports for document migration Strong understanding of backup/restore methodologies, including full, incremental, and log backups About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP Content Server Migration Consultant to lead and execute content migration projects within SAP environments. The consultant will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing SAP content repositories while ensuring best practices in document archiving, backup, and restoration. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage SAP Content Server and OpenText Content Server for document and attachment migration. Design and implement strategies for migrating attachments/documents to SAP content repositories. Perform end-to-end content migration using SAP customized reports and standard tools. Utilize SAP Archivelink, ILM, and IXOS for efficient content archiving and migration. Ensure seamless integration of SAP Content Server with enterprise IT landscapes. Implement and manage backup and restoration procedures (full, incremental, and log backups). Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and business process owners to optimize document storage and retrieval strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in Content Management, ILM, or Archiving Solutions. Experience working in large-scale enterprise SAP environments. Knowledge of cloud-based SAP content management solutions.
