As a consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of SAP solutions within the mill products industry. Responsibilities: Consulting & Implementation: Analyze business processes and requirements specific to mill products (steel, paper, aluminum, etc.). Implement and configure SAP IS-MILL solutions, ensuring they meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure SAP IS-MILL modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and others, to suit industry-specific needs. Support system integration with other SAP modules and external systems. Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP IS-MILL implementations. Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution to ensure continued system performance and user satisfaction. Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users on SAP IS-MILL processes and functionality. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and suggest improvements or enhancements to increase business efficiency. Participate in system upgrades and migrations as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-MILL or related SAP modules. Experience with implementation and configuration of SAP IS-MILL solutions in mill products industries (steel, paper, aluminum, etc.). Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD, PM, and other relevant SAP modules. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
