Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications. Create and maintain test data and test environments. Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and security. Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes and enhancements don't negatively impact existing functionality. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools. Work with development teams to resolve defects in a timely manner. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback. Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and provide testing insights. Document and communicate test results, testing progress, and testing metrics. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to improve the overall quality of Salesforce solutions. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. Specific Salesforce Knowledge: Understand Salesforce platform intricacies, including Apex code, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages. Verify data migration and integration of Salesforce with other systems. Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and solutions.
