Business Analyst Cybersecurity Projects We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support the Toxic Combinations and Control Improvements projects within our Global Cyber Security Program. This role requires a delivery-focused professional with a proven track record of success in complex, security-focused initiatives that impact people, processes, and technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment alongside a dedicated project team and stakeholders across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Support the Toxic Combination and Control Improvements projects, ensuring alignment with global cybersecurity objectives. Gather, analyze, and document requirements to enhance compliance, improve business capabilities, and support security initiatives. Develop and document complex process flows, identifying areas for standardization, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and system owners to assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project success, leveraging appropriate tools and technologies. Support onboarding and user acceptance testing (UAT) by ensuring developers understand requirements, coordinating user participation, monitoring testing progress, and addressing defects. Ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices. Track and report project status to project and program managers, ensuring transparency and alignment with key stakeholders. Promote data governance and compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and global standards. Required Skills & Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, cybersecurity, or IT projects. Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), particularly CyberArk. Familiarity with Toxic Combinations / Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with technical teams, business analysts, and project managers to deliver complex solutions. Ability to conduct impact analysis, problem-solving, and process improvements to drive efficiency. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
