This role focuses on enhancing customer engagement through AI-driven conversational experiences, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless Salesforce Service Cloud integration.Key Responsibilities: Chatbot Development & Optimization: Design, build, and configure the Meow Chatbot within the Salesforce Click Chat Phase, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. AI & NLP Integration: Utilize AI/ML technologies and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to create intelligent and dynamic chatbot responses. Salesforce Service Cloud Implementation: Integrate chatbot functionalities with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Live Chat, ensuring smooth customer support automation. Workflow Automation: Customize chatbot workflows to handle inquiries, ticketing, and escalation processes efficiently. Performance Monitoring & Enhancement: Analyze chatbot interactions, gather user feedback, and optimize response accuracy for continuous improvement. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with First Advantage's technical and business teams, developers, and support specialists to align chatbot functionalities with business needs. Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve chatbot issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Click Chat Phase and chatbot development. Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Components, and Apex development. Experience in AI-powered chatbot solutions, NLP, and automation tools. Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Python, or other relevant scripting languages. Knowledge of third-party chatbot frameworks such as Einstein Bots, Google Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework. Ability to analyze chatbot performance metrics and optimize user interactions. Experience with customer support automation and live chat integrations.Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or AI Specialist). Prior experience working with First Advantage or similar background screening and verification service providers. Familiarity with Meow Chatbot AI solutions (if applicable).
