Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations. Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning computer prototypes using tools specified Provide the architectural blueprints to the development team Prepare high-level design of the application and its component based on understating of requirements. Integrate individual software solutions to higher-level systems. Code development & bug fixing Team and Project management Effort estimation of change request.
